(Статья контракта.) statutory requirementsПоставщик гарантирует, что при правильном использовании Товары безопасны и не представляют угрозы для здоровья, во всех отношениях соответствуют требованиям всех соответствующих законодательных актов, постановлений, уставных норм и норм, действующих на дату доставки, в том числе и без нарушения их применимости, а также Закона о предприятиях от 1961 года и Закона об охране труда и т.д. от 1974 года. Act 1974. The Supplier shall supply in respect of the Goods such information about the use of them as complies with the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974 and proper evidence of all tests and examinations and research made in compliance with the provisions of that Act.
